Please note that our Services are only intended for individuals that are interacting with us in the commercial and/or business-to-business (“b2b”) context. By using our Services or otherwise providing any information to Payloop, you acknowledge that you are engaging in our Services in the commercial or b2b context.   

Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Use. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may also provide you with an additional notice (such as by adding a statement to the Services or sending you a notification), in connection with making material changes to this Privacy Policy. We may also need to retain your personal information after your relationship with us ends or you close your account if we are subject to a legal obligation to keep the information or if we need to maintain the information for business, tax, or accounting purposes.

We allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf across the web. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. Options you select are browser and device specific.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. 9. Children

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Services are directed to children. 10. Transfer and Storage of Your Information

Information we collect is stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. Information we transfer from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States will be subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law. United States law may not afford the same level of protection as laws in your country. By submitting your information you agree to the processing of it in the United States as permitted by law.

We use appropriate and reasonable security measures as required by relevant law. The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Services will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.
